Storage is priced monthly, based on unit size. We charge a flat monthly rate with no setup fees, no admin fees, and no key fees. VAT at 5% is added to the monthly rate. You can see our starting prices on the Pricing page.
The minimum term is one calendar month. After that, you can continue month-to-month with no penalty, or commit to a longer term for a discounted rate.
No. You pay the monthly rate plus 5% VAT. No setup fee, no admin fee, no key deposit. If you cancel after the first month, there's no cancellation penalty either.
UAE standard VAT (5%) is applied to the monthly storage rate. All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is issued monthly.

A 10×10 is our most popular size. It typically fits the contents of a 1–2 bedroom apartment: sofa, armchair, double/queen bed and frame, wardrobe, dining table and chairs, plus 30–40 boxes. See the full visual guide →
Yes. If you need more or less space during your storage period, contact us and we'll arrange a unit swap, usually within 1–2 days.
Yes. We offer a pickup service across Dubai. WhatsApp us your address and a rough list of items and we'll quote you within hours. See our full Packing & Moving service.
Yes. Our team can pack, wrap, and dismantle furniture at your home or office. This is included in our moving service quote. We use professional packing materials — boxes, moving blankets, bubble wrap, and stretch wrap.
Pickup and moving is priced separately from storage, based on volume, distance, and services needed. WhatsApp us with your address and list — we'll quote same day.
The facility has 24/7 CCTV throughout, electronic access control, individual unit locks, and staff on-site during operating hours. We do not share access codes. Your unit has its own lock — only you have the key.
Optional storage insurance is available. We can advise on coverage options when you sign up. We recommend insurance for high-value items.
Yes. All units are air-conditioned with humidity control. Dubai's heat and humidity can warp wood, crack leather, damage electronics and grow mould — our facility prevents all of that year-round.
We're open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. Sunday is closed. For early morning or late evening access, contact us in advance and we'll try to accommodate.
Only you — or people you authorise in writing. Staff cannot access your unit without written consent. Your unit has its own padlock that only you control.
As long as you need. We offer month-to-month storage with no maximum term. For longer stays (3, 6, 12 months), we offer discounted rates.
Give us at least 7 days notice before your next billing date. After the first month, there's no cancellation fee. We'll arrange a time for you to collect your items or request re-delivery.
You can store almost anything — furniture, electronics, documents, clothing, business inventory, bicycles, sporting equipment, household goods, and more. All units are climate-controlled so sensitive items like electronics and artwork are protected.
Prohibited items include: flammable or combustible materials, chemicals, explosives, illegal substances, perishable food, live animals, and hazardous waste. If you're unsure about a specific item, ask us before storing.
