The Government of Balochistan is looking for the positionof Vice ChancellorSardar Bahadur Khan Women University Quetta. The Government of Balochistan, Colleges, Higher & Technical Education Department, is searching for individuals of exceptional Integrity, Humility and Intellectual vision for the position of Vice ChancellorofSardar Bahadur Khan Women University (SBKWU) Quetta, possessingthe required qualification and experience as under.

1. Vice Chancellor VC

Qualification & Experience:(a) Qualification: For a comprehensive university, PhD in any discipline and good academic record.

Research: Excellent research publication record that, at a minimum, meet the criteria for appointment as a Professor in the university with a minimum of 20 as per reviewed HEC recognized publications.Preference would be given to journals indexed in the HRJS system of HEC (https://hjrs.hec.gov.pk)

Experience: Experience of at least 20 years of teaching/research in any HEC-recognized university. At least five years of administrative experience (after completion of PhD) in the field of higher education. The candidates with experience of executing research projects, senior supervisory/leadership, including the Chairperson, Dean, Pro-VC, quality assurance, international linkages etc. with a record of progressive responsibility and authority. A separate strategic plan not more than 800 words for the institution for which they apply be attached with the application.
